hi, TL-MR3420 firmware basically doesn't include web-config, so you need to ssh your router via 192.168.1.1.
After login you should manually connect to internet via "/etc/config/network"...
To install web-luci:

opkg update
opkg install luci
/etc/init.d/uhttpd start

then you can webrowse 192.168.1.1

right..

and if you install online, you should konek modem from WAN Ethernet, couse driver modem not include yet

or you can use image packing completed here here

power on the router, until LED SYS on for the first, you have to push QSS button. and it will blinking LED SYS very fast. IP router will back to 192.168.1.1
use "putty login telnet"
good luck

as "Wifi Client" or as "Wan port client" ??

use ssh to access the router and with winscp get the new firmware on it...
use rc6 sys upgrade upload it to /tmp/ with winscp.
with commandline let it reflash...
i dunno the commands but it worked for me
