I would like compile 10.01.1-rc4, but I have this problem...

OpenWrt always tries the mirror first to fetch a cached version of a tarball but in some cases there is only a git or svn repository as source, so look closer at your log and see if you find some "command not found" error nearby.

i can't compile without this.... what should i do now?

I may be wrong but you may try this trick..
get the version and md5 sum of the file and google it out..
you should find some mirror..

I am traveling and I don't have access to Openwrt and other stuff to make my search easier.
