Hello,

I have installed TP-LINK 741ND OpenWrt image http://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/ … actory.bin on TP-LINK 740N replacing "741ND" by "740N" in the image binary using hex editor to allow it to be flashed using the stock TP-Link web interface as described in this
wiki page.

After the the router rebooted, I could not access it with 192.168.1.1, (I think I bricked it)

I tried to recover using serial console method. but i only connected the TXD on the router beside VCC and GND as i found in this http://dev.wikidev.net/gabriel/tp-wr740n/img_0884-serial.jpg.

I got the following output from the terminal :

I wait for about 15 seconds without any output after "Starting kernel ...". Should I wait for more time or there is something wrong the above output reveal ?

Thank you,
