I posted about my RAM upgrade in the thread about marvell CPU stuff.
Then I realised there was a specific hardware-hacking forum. So I am posting a cross link here so people can find it.

upgrade the flash? will need a j-tag though.
The WRT350Nv2 has got enough ROM/Flash for the OS. Any extra storage space can come from the USB port[s].
So I have made a decision. The next hardware upgrades will be
1, An 800/600 pixel (100x75 char) VGA ANSI terminal with a PS2 keyboard input so the WRT350Nv2 can live on my KVM switch with the other computers.
2, internal 4 port USB hub
