Thanks. For whatever reason, build scripts weren't able to pull it down from ANY source via wget, but I had no problem getting it by-hand from openssl.org. Odd.
Had same problem the day before with dtc sources, and there was only ONE source for that - jdl.com, which was down hard.
A good samaritan posted it to a ftp server for me out of his cache...
