Hi,
This is an English speaking forum, I'm not sure what you are trying to advise, are you connected via serial connection?

yes, serial.
upload openwrt-snapshot-r25115-7181eb9f81-ipq40xx-generic-zte_mf286d-initramfs-zImage.itb

I don´t undestand how the image to boot don´t work the usb to flash the MF286D, is all problems with Openwrt, this firm is years lithg to one solution for the router.

USB has nothing to do with the install procedure, it's used for backing up the stock fw, and isn't a mandatory activity during installation.

not work usb, net, tftp, ssh, scp... how upload the bin to flash? the init openwrt ... shit

https://openwrt.org/toh/zte/mf286d don´t work, fake

No dude, can't upload it by using sh-t.

You need an USB TTL.

For you.

Then you better stay away.

Bye!

Hasn't any user had problems? Does anyone have a MF286D working correctly with Openwrt? thank you

If it works, don't use Openwrt, your router is 100% trash.

With ?

Why wouldn't they ?

Technically, it's not my/our router...
Too bad you bought trash.

Don't buy garbage, I had a TIM firm without vpn configuration, the only reason I tried to use Openwrt or another firm to have a vpn. The tutorial https://openwrt.org/toh/zte/mf286d mentions commands that don't work, it's garbage. Better not publish that, I'd rather hit it with a hammer than waste time.

Perhaps you can help us understand which commands are not working for you, complete with the error messages or other symptoms that appear when you try to run them.

I absolutely need a user who has the MF286D running Openwrt. The rest is dizzying, and I promise to edit the tutorial and let it work 100% for this free router model.

Un usuario que disponga del MF286D corriendo Openwrt de puta madre necesito. Lo demás es marear la perdiz, y prometo editar el tutorial y dejarlo que funcione 100% para este modelo de router gratis.

Please post in English. You may use an online translator, and you're welcome to also post your native language, but English is the preferred language of this forum.

Even those that don't use this device may be able to help, provided that there is enough context. Can you show us what is not working for you (which specific commands didn't work, what output / error messages you saw, etc.)?

Using an image with LuCi when loading the .bin via web it hangs, when restarting it is without kernel, when loading the .itb by tftp it loads the kernel but ssh, cpd, lsusb and other commands do not work, there is no automatic APN assignment nor access to internet, and through the serial it is not possible to upload the bin for the flash, when restart the router you have to reload the .itb and start over

Maybe you can take us step-by-step. You've listed off a whole bunch of problems, but the fundamental part is getting OpenWrt running. The rest (like APN and such) must wait until the OS is fully working.

So.... did you follow the guide? Take us through each step and let us see the results from each instruction, including any output indicating success or failure along the way.

Where in the wiki does it say you're supposed to do this ?
