you own it, it'd be mostly up to you to make support happen.
you could however DL the KERNEL image for the vanilla Z8102AX from https://firmware-selector.openwrt.org/?version=SNAPSHOT&target=mediatek%2Ffilogic&id=zbtlink_zbt-z8102ax, and boot it using the tftpboot + bootm commands in u-boot.
then post the boot log.

According to yuor tip, I did some progress: I TFTPed the kernel image and below is the bootlog. The router become accessible only via ssh, but no way to access it via browser.
Regarding factory image and sysupgrade image I got "Wrong Image Format for bootm command. ERROR: can't get kernel image!"
