i am using windows 10 pro and have telnet enabled. I then try to telnet into my router but i get this response
C:\Users\user1>telnet 192.168.9.1
Connecting To 192.168.9.1...Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed
when i login to the router via the webgui i think it has asuswrt installed- see attached pics
Also could it be based on asus ac1200 as thats the closest one i can find that looks like it on asus website but asus one has 4 antennas whereas mine only has 2
Not all is lost, I see the firmwares list has them in non-english, if you know any of those you might be able to find stable procedure from hacked asus to OEM fw. From there OpenWRT.
That was only recoverable info in English, there should be some guidance to switch between different firmwares in other language.
ASUS is good, they update software like forever.
