My Mac reports it works on 160Mhz but the router shows only 80Mhz and a speed low
Does your router support 160MHz ?
Yes, it should. Configuration set to 160Mhz and a speed 1733 Mbps points to it.
Yep, it's capable only 80Mhz. It should work 1733 Mbps with VHT-NSS: 4, but I saw only 3 
44 isn't a 160MHz chan though, AFAIK.

It is one more problem, my old MacBook Pro 16 (Intel) 2019. Connects to WiFi with 80Mhz on lower channels
If I set 100 (5500 Mhz) or more, it connects on 20 Mhz only
