Try to play with the button(s) on the unit, see if you can force uboot into any kind of recovery mode.

Since uboot's working, check if there's a recovery method from Xiaomi.

I even provided him the direct link to AX3600 wiki regarding TFTP recovery but it looks like he is just refusing to read it.
Thing has a TFTP recovery mode if you hold the reset button for more then 5 seconds in the bootloader

hello guys its benn more than a week im trying to recover this shitty router i had a lot of help from robimarko frollic etc but since theyre not windows users im facing an issue the tftpd not getting any dhcp request i used 2 diffents pc and turned off all firewalls and set ip manually etc... but no luck plz can anyone help or even try to do it remotely with teamviewer i would be so gratefull
