i am trying to set openwrt on new xiaomi ax3200 model, found url for images, but links are broken?
also, is there smarter method to do image replacement ?

It looks like this model isn't yet supported on OpenWrt. The earliest stable release that would support this device would be 22.xx, if it does indeed make it into the supported devices list.
You can read through the thread below. My very quick skim of that page suggests that there isn't an easy method of flashing it yet, and it also may not even have support yet in master/snapshot.

damn, i made mistake, i was understand that he is supported 
but nvm, i will use him as AP until image is ready for him
