Xiaomi AX3000T got damaged lying down

Some time ago I uploaded OpenWrt with LUCI to the router.

After uploading I checked everything worked.

The router was lying down not connected and not configured.

Today I wanted to configure it and use it but unfortunately something is not turning on.

The orange diode is blinking. It lights up for 8s and goes out for 2s and so on.

What could have happened from lying down?

Is there any way to fix it?

You have to press some button when diode blinks faster.

When I press the reset button, after a while the orange diode flashes quickly

Just reset or edit your broken config....

I can't connect to the router, I don't know what the IP address is, the computer doesn't receive an address.

In failsafe mode with the light flashing fast the router IP is 192.168.1.1 but there is no DHCP server active you will need to set a static IP such as 192.168.1.10 with a netmask of 24 or 255.255.255.0 in your PC. Also I don't think the http server is active, only ssh.

Something is not working.

I set 192.168.1.10 on the PC.

When turning it on I pressed the reset button.

The diode starts to blink quickly about 15-20 times, then lights up and stays on for about 30 seconds and the whole time.

The SSH connection does not work, it does not connect.
