Hello everyone,
I have 3 Xiaomi AX3000T and 1 Fenvi AX1800 (HAR-20S2U1).
I have upgraded openwrt firmware to 24.10.4 with Attended Sysupgrade to two Xiaomi AX3000T and the Fenvi AX1800 without any problem.
I tried to do the same to the remaining AX3000T but, even if the upgrade procedure does not show any error, after rebooting the firmware is the same (24.10.0 instead of 24.10.4).
I tried to use owut instead of luci Attended Sysupgrade but nothing changed.
I tried to flash a new firmware (the official version, without any customization) from luci (Flash new firmware image) and from CLI (sysupgrade -v -n /tmp/openwrt-24.10.4-mediatek-filogic-xiaomi_mi-router-ax3000t-ubootmod-squashfs-sysupgrade.itb) but nothing changed. The flashing procedure starts, the router reboots but the firmware and configuration remains the same (24.10.0).
What could be the problem? What can I do to solve the issue?

I think the problem is not linked to ASU server as I didn’t manage to flash the new firmware also with the standard flash procedure.

Just wait a bit for asu to work? Also if you auc-d from 23.05 you may need to install fitblk package to commence update.
ASU seems to work correctly. This is the log:

As I already said, it seems not a problem with Attended Sysupgrade procedure because I also tried to flash the firmware with sysupgrade command. Also in this case at the end of the flashing process the router reboots and the firmware is always the same (24.10.0).
In the OWUT log there is a warning but I can’t understand what is the missing default package and if this can be the root cause of the problem.
