Xiaomi 4c messed up!

hi everybody,
I did "opkg remove --autoremove '*'" and now almost nothing is working, ssh is UP even though I can't login into it ( Permission denied ), also reset button is not responding

UPDATE : after unplugging the power LED turned to orange and just blinking

As you might have understood by now, you have deleted all packages and rendered the system unusable.
There is a serial port on the device so your best bet is to connect to it and try to revert to a working condition from there.
