I connected a Zigbee hub to my Totolink x5000r and it refuses to negotiate the first layer link. Staring at the br-lan network device in luci the port just flaps on and off every 3 seconds or so. The Zigbee hub links up fine connecting into a vacant port of my Google Wifi or into my notebook lan port no issues so must be an issue with the switch inside the Totolink x5000r.
searched the web for issues with MT7621 switch problems and there was one issue wih EEE enabled by default in version 24.10.0 and has been disabled by default in 24.10.2 so upgraded and the issue is now fixed. Seems MT7621 doesn't work well with devices that don't like EEE.
