i'm also not sure whwere we are on fixing this issue that some are having,
my /tmp/syscfg shows as an empty directory with no alias.
if it is related to this:
"The restore is delayed until next boot on these"
then i'm wondering if the /tmp/syscfg mapping is missing in snapshots?
