WPA3 Personal and hostapd in 24.10

For earlier releases, the /etc/config/wireless docs say "To use the WPA3 modes as access point, it is required to install the hostapd-openssl package." So I removed wpad-basic-mbedtls, installed wpad-openssl and then modified /etc/config/wireless. After that WPA3-Personal worked fine.

Will this still be true for 24.10 or will wpad-basic-mbedtls be sufficient for WPA3-Personal?

WPA3 seems to be working fine for me with wpad-basic-mbedtls and no other changes on 24.10-rc7. In fact it's working as expected on another router with 23.05.5 as well.
