WNDR3800 TTL Pin

I opened the box of my 2nd hand WNDR3800 today and did some initial TTL monitoring.
Found the TTL pin from page https://openwrt.org/toh/netgear/wndr3800#tab__hardware_details is not correct. I couldn't receive anything from my console.
After some investigation which exclude my USB to TTL issue, I tried to twist the TxD and RxD and make it working successfully.
So general conclusion:
Suppose my 2nd hand router is hardware correct, the TTL PIN should be:
GND TxD RxD VCC, reference picture in https://openwrt.org/toh/netgear/wndr3800#tab__hardware_details.
From the naming I guess https://openwrt.org/_media/media/netgear/wndr3700/wndr3700_serial.jpg?w=400&tok=472e27 is the picture for WNDR3700 and should not be presented in WNDR3800 page.
Hope it is helpful for everybody.

As you have noticed, the RX TX terminology varies a bit in the wiki articles in regarding if you are intended to connect TX-TX/RX-RX or RX-TX/TX-RX.

It pays always off to test both ways if there is no signal on the first way.

I think that WNDR3700v1, WNDR3700v2 and WNDR3800 have pretty identical circuit boards. (except that v1 had etched 5 GHz antennas)
