Can s.o. cann tell me devices that i can use?

Hello,
You can attach a compatible LTE modem USB stick into an OpenWRT router with a USB port. See here:

You will need to find a LTE dongle that is supported by OpenWRT. You will also of course need a router with an USB port, able to be flashed with OpenWRT.
Once you have that set up, you can configure the OpenWRT router as a OpenVPN client. No special hardware is required for this step.
