WL-WN570HA1 installation fails

hello,

bought recently a wl-wn570ha1 and followed the procedure on the device page. By doing that I installed first the kernel image (initramfs), then the sysupgrade. AFter reboot I end up again in initramfs mode. Then I followed the instructions from this thread: Wavlink WL-WN570HA1 stuck in initramfs mode - #11 by spyros2017

also no luck: after installing the patched sysupgrade from morpheus68, I end up with a device that is answering ping on 192.168.1.1 but no radios and no luci interface, no openwrt thus.
I can ssh into it.

Any ideas how to go further or what else can I try ?

Upload real sysupgrade file to /tmp and sysupgrade to stable version. No need for bleeding edge code on devices supported by stable releases.

If your WAN gets internet by default you can install luci and then stable revision sysupgrade via web

opkg update
opkg install luci
