But still wireless still missing

I have the same problem. Firmware restoration(s) are successful so the caldata shoould have been in place. After re-installing from fresh, the network->wireless menu item is still missing. The only thing that I needed to add was, I have made two backups. Both of them restore successfully but none of them boots into the stock firmware after restoring. Please help.

The device in trouble is Plusnet Hub One.
