The problem you describe
is rather vague.
What does it mean "you lose wifi"
- Are you disconnected from wifi?
- Are you connected but not getting an IP?
- Are you connected, getting an IP, but cannot ping the gateway?
- Are you connected, getting an IP, pinging the gateway but cannot ping an internet address?
number one would be the problem, disconnected from wifi, and I need to remove wireguard, restart my network. maybe I could just restart network too..

These are two unrelated things. Restarting network restarts wifi too, which solves your problem, but is an overkill.

maybe overkill but I was not sure what to do exactly, the best would be to know what is the problem exactly

Sounds like the wifi stops working.
wifi stop; sleep 5; wifi up
should restore the connectivity,
You can look in logs why it may happen. logread
that command is just when the wifi drops, same as restart network but it is faster
thanks

Are you sure??
This sure looks like a dhcp release after a failed renewal attempt (maybe the dhcp server didn’t respond at the 50%, 85%, and the 100% lease times).

Very sure.
This looks like a dhcp release initiated by the client due to the network restart.
