I think for getting your GL.INET running OpenWrt 19.07 to work, you need to change the LAN IP address of GL.INET to something like 192.168.8.1 first, make sure you can connect to the new IP address for further configuration, then change the WAN side to use static IP address of 193.168.1.24 with gateway 192.168.1.1, and DNS server 192.168.1.1
Why are you setting your Windows machine with a static IP address?
Meanwhile, according to your diagram, I can see that you are cascading the routers. But the AR750S isn't adding any value at all to your network -- it is simply creating a double NAT situation. I would imagine there is some reason you want to sue it (i.e. for wireguard), but you still have not stated what it is that you are hoping to achieve.
my intent is to encrypt my network with wireguard, my vodafone station router did not allow me to be able to install openwrt so the only way was to cascade a router and get what I just said.
Ok... well, now that you have your device working on official OpenWrt, you can setup wireguard using these instructions. Presumably you are already using commercial VPN provider or some other endpoint, so you'll need to make sure that you have the appropriate keys exchanged between each side.
