Wireguard client is working in Linux perfectly, same settings in Windows not working

hello,

this is weird. i can connect via wireguard in windows, same settings as on my dual laptop linux, but in windows, i can ping the domains (ping patrikx3.com) and telnet works, but when i use the browser it is just timeout.
in linux laptop, perfect.

what it could be?

i can connect to the wireguard vpn server.
i can ping and use ssh. but the browser is not working when telnet is still working on any port. why it is not working on any browser?

itt looks like with mobile hotspot is not working, but with usb tethering is working, weird
