Frequently, in the mornings wifi is not working. Devices can connect , but not access the internet.
Wired connections work as expected. If I reboot the router the wifi connection starts working as expected.
Any ideas how I can troubleshoot this problem?
When the problem happens try this:
Check OpenWrt logs for errors.
Reboot the router.
Test your WiFi-signal level, use different clients if possible.
Scan for WiFi-stations and change WiFi-channel to an unoccupied one.
Perform 100 pings of router IP, get package loss result, use different clients if possible.

vgaetera:
Reboot the router.
check the logs before rebooting the router also
As far as log errors go, I'm using syslog-ng with the default configuration. Do I need to change the logging level? How can I save the /var/log/messages file for long term logging? Are there other logs I need to look at?
Thanks for your help.
