My only doubt is that computers which cause "internet blackout" with OpenWRT work perfectly fine with other routers (such as android hot spots, alcatel dedicated hot spot and others). This suggests that the cause may be in the interface of windows/OpenWRT or the OpenWRT alone...

your other routers may have a different IP configuration/Mac address. Based on what you have written in this thread you have a classic case of Denial-of-Service with your DNS server.

Another wild idea is that Windows sometimes is configured to update DNS by either creating/updating an A record in the DNS. If it is trying to flood the DNS server with write requests that could be a cause. Again, you will need to figure it out.
