Will qualcommax/ipq60xx devices always be SNAPSHOT-only?

Developers, thank you for all your work thus far on the IPQ60xx platform. I have 2 Linksys MR7350s running nicely. Very dependable thus far.

From the ToH, it appears that none of the IPQ60xx devices have regular release support, only SNAPSHOT.

Is this because of the NSS driver?

Is there any likelihood that regular support will come in the near future?

Is there anything users of these devices could do to aid in this moving forward?

Target changes

  • Extend qualcommax target with support for ipq50xx and ipq60xx SoCs.
