Like title says, Will enabling tcp-congestion-control in windows help when i already have SQM on router?
Or would it be redundant?
congestion control algorithm and AQMs like SQM interact, actually SQM works by exploiting typical TCP congestion control behavior, so you certainly should use both. But I believe that TCP without CC do not exist anymore, so if such a setting exists in windows it most likely will just allow to select a non-standard CC algorithm.
