Have just noticed an anomaly with wifitoggle on a DGNG3700, with 19.07. Set it up as per https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/network/wifi/wifi_toggle .
Set the "Wi-Fi disable after boot", so that there is no wifi unless it is needed.
Upon reboot, the unit has the wifi 2.4G & 5G lights on steady, no flashing. Checked that radios on cli and they were off. Checked with a laptop and no SSID showing for the DGND3700, so the radio are definitely off. But the lights are on steady.
Pressed the wifi-button, then the lights went out for a few seconds and then came back on, this time with some flashing and the radios operating as expected and able to connect with the wifi.
Pressing the button again, and the radios and the lights go off and stay off, as expected.
So, it seems that during the boot process and the initialisation of wifi and wifitoggle, something turns on the wifi LEDS, so there is a bug to report.
Admins, please advise DGND3700 & wifitoggle groups.
