Wifidog: could not create web server : addess already in use

I have a tplink router tl-mr3020 where it has an openwrt system and i linked it to the wifi router, the purpose is to make a captive portal so I installed wifidog but to launch the authentification server it doesn't work and it shows this error

could not create web server : addess already in use
And when I connect my device to the wifi, the authentification page doesn't show up.

I don't know exactely where is the problem, please help

update your router last openwrt v19.7.3 then install wifdog then need auth managing external link or need coding. then it will work perfect. I have setup my own hotspot system that call cloudwifizone manage time / data usage of wifi clients. captive portal easy to manage own pages.
