WIFI trouble on WNDR4700 Rel 21.02.3 r16554

Folks
I needed an extra AP and so I dusted out a WNDR4700, upgraded it to Rel 21.02 using tftp and then configured as a switch on vlan1 for all ports and its works fabulous.

I am having trouble of connecting to its radio no matter what I try. I do see the AP using nmcli dev wifi but never able to connect of get any errors for me try and figure out the problem.

I searched the forum and in one place someone was asked to provide output of firmware and I am providing it too. I can also look more, if you'd kindly give me some pointers..

WNDR4700 here to, and no issue with 2.4ghz or 5ghz. But running 21.02,01

No errors in the OpenWrt logs about the connection attempts?
