Wifi scan from LuCI does not work if on a DFS channel

I am using auto for channel and if a DFS channel is chosen, then the wifi scan does not work from LuCI. Is that expected or a misconfiguration on my side?

Scanning while being tuned into a DFS channel is difficult, as the radio must constantly watch for radar events. As a consequence the driver will usually reject the scan, respectively return empty scan results.

That said, relatively recently (don't ask me about the time or if it's in 19.07.x or just master), QCA/ Atheros drivers have learned to scan while being tuned to a DFS within the ETSI regulatory domain (I have no idea about the state for FCC or MKK), so depending on the details it is possible (at least in semi-current master).
