WiFi on after installing (etc)

I understand the reason for making WiFi off by default when installing OpenWrt.

But I also imagine that there are scenarios where having WiFi on after installation is desired.

Would it be possible to introduce a commandline parameter so users can use it upon installation to have WiFi on automatically.

The same idea can possibly be used to automatically adjust some settings after installation, say by passing some uci commands as arguments to sysupgrade so that they are run after flashing is complete- - that can be useful for the likes of community projects or other cases where are multiple devices at remote locations.

There has been huge community input on this with PR's. etc. Sadly, it's largely been shutdown thus far. Way too much god complex from CodeFetch.

The sysupgrade idea is interesting...

Currently, the way to do this would be to build your own image. You can make your own default config files and include them in your custom image

I like the idea of commands as parameters to sysupgrade. This shoud come in handy for everyone.

I understand that this can be done in custom images, but I think it can be useful for a wide range of people who don't have another reason to make their own image. So if it can easily be implemented in the release, it would help.
