Wifi 6 or 6E router with 2.5GbE ports recommendations?

I found the below in the table of hardware with Wifi 6 and at least 2 2.5GbE ports. Wondering about the community's impressions, which would be better for general performance, wifi speed and range, reliability, and overall quality?

I did not find any ready to use Wifi 6E devices, but only except home build routers based on BananaPi boards.

I have 600MB symmetrical internet and several devices with 10GbE ethernet ports and other devices with 6E support. My Netgear R7000 with DDWRT is not keeping up. Looking to move to one of these with OpenWrt.

TP-Link XDR-6086
Buffalo WXR-5950AX12
QNAP QHora-301W
TP-Link XDR-6088
TP-Link XDR-4288

GL.iNet GL-MT6000
ASUS TUF-AX6000

Thanks

600MB is monthly quota or 600MB/s ie 4,8Gbps internet connection?

Mistyped. 600Mbps (megabits per second). Would like the multi gig ports for internal network transfers of large files. My wifi on the Netgear cannot keep up with the 600Mbps download/upload speed of my Internet.

What are your clients? How far away are they?

To get real throughput of 600Mbps comfortably on wifi6 you're talking having to be real close to the AP to get 1024 QAM or needing 160MHz channels? (I'm assuming two spatial stream clients)

I am only getting about 350-400 on Ethernet, so the low performance of the old router is not just Wifi.

No worries.

Was just trying to set expectations regarding wifi6 and getting 600Mbit wifi speeds.

Of course if wired routing performance needs an increase go for faster router as initially stated.

Availability and cost, along with community support...

Those TP-Link routers seems not really available outside China, and I heard a few reviews that WiFi coverage not so good.

Buffalo one is in Japan only and probably no new (I bought used one), if your internet is just 600M then it's a bit overkill?

yeah, go for 1 of these 2 and you'll be happy
