I want to use another channel in 5ghz, I change the channel in wifi settings but it does show new channel but still is on channel 36.

That is because you are using 80MHz wide channels width. It is showing you the starting channel (80MHz means you're spanning channel 36-48).

20MHz sub-channel is selected automatically, it will be lowest from 4 options unless there is significant interferenvein that like multiple competing AP-s
Some drivers report real sub-channel, some report first, some report user-selected, you can see real one from the client.

Keep in mind that this is in the DFS channel range for your country. By regulation, the radio must first listen for radar before it starts up, then it will shut down if it detects a radar hit during operation. It will listen for a period of time to make sure the airwaves are clear of any radar activity before it comes back up again. So if you experience any intermittent behaviors, this is the likely cause.
