I got OpenWRT on an old TP-Link Archer A7 to use it as a repeater in my garage. This was working fine for a few weeks but suddenly I've been having issues. I have 2 devices connected to it via ethernet and both of them randomly are dropping connection. I know this isn't an issue with the ethernet cables because they both drop out at the same time. I followed this guide on the openwrt docs to get it set up. The only difference between my setup and the guide is I am using the 802.11ac/n radio and not the 802.11b/g/n. This is because my 5G Wifi actually reaches my garage just fine. I just need the repeater here so I can connect a couple devices via ethernet. I am on Firmware Version OpenWrt 24.10.0 r28427-6df0e3d02a / LuCI openwrt-24.10 branch 25.014.55016~7046a1c and Kernel Version 6.6.73.
Relatively new to OpenWRT, so not sure what diagnostics I can provide for this. Any help would be appreciated, if more information is needed please let me know I'll be sure to post it.
