Wi-Fi 6 router (AP w/ switch function) recommendation for office use

You can't have no QAM; they might just have different values.

To my knowledge, both devices should have nearly identical performance. In the 5GHz range, they should have exactly the same performance, and in the 2.4GHz range, they are very close.

I currently have two of these literally side by side, and while my devices tend to prefer the Cudy a bit better, I personally can't tell the difference if my MacBook or my Samsung S22 are connected to either of them.

So, I wouldn't "upgrade" one for the other. As I said, since my devices tend to connect to the Cudy a bit more often, I would buy more of the Cudy if I needed to extend my network by adding new devices. However, I wouldn't replace a perfectly working Belkin 3200 with a Cudy 3000.
