Why settings reset after reboot? (Xiaomi Mi Router 3 Pro, 21.02.3)

i just flash OpenWrt 21.02.3, made some changes on http://192.168.1.1/cgi-bin/luci/ .
problem is it doesn't save my changes after router reboot, how can i do?

You probably do not have enough free flash space for the overlay partition, so it gets setup in the ramdisk (tmpfs).

Check systems log for entries/warnings/errors about "overlay" and "jffs2" and "ubi"

Sometimes, I cannot modify my router web address, e.g. 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.xxx.1 in Luci, after reboot, still on 192.168.1.1, I donot know why.

Then, I have to modify it by menually edited config file.
