  1. Go to https://openwrt.org .

  2. Paste GL‑MT300N‑V2 into Search, press Enter.

  3. Get Nothing was found. [NOT expected].

  4. Alternatively, go to duckduckgo.com (or whichever search engine is your fetish).

  5. Paste openwrt GL‑MT300N‑V2 into into search, press Enter.

  6. Got first link to [OpenWrt Wiki] GL.iNet GL-MT300N V2, [as expected].

but I agree that current research doesn't always deliver what you want..

for example the "Zyxel LTE5398" same behavior as you detected ...

dokuwiki search is well known to be truly terrible and has been the topic of discussion a few times over the years... Nothing has resulted from the discussions yet.
