Why does the imagebuilder contain only few packages?

Hi!

Why does the lede imagebuilder, compared to the openwrt imagebuilder, only contain few packages?
This makes it impossible to build a complete image with ALL required packages :frowning:

The imagebuilder is supposed to fetch the packages from the online repositories, therfore it does not ship a copy of them.
