Which Flash option to use when using TFTP

Am trying to get a openwrt router back to live via TFTP.
With my serial TTL cable connected to the router i can see the router is booting and them i do get the option to select a few options.
I would like to install the factory firmware to see if the router comes back to life but don´t know exactly which option to choose from, any help is appreciated before i make the wrong choice.
(i can give a full dump when booting but probably this dump will be sufficient to make choice).

The options is do see are :

U-Boot 1.1.3 (Sep 24 2015 - 10:33:17)

Please choose the operation:
1: Load system code to SDRAM via TFTP.
2: Load system code then write to Flash via TFTP.
3: Boot system code via Flash (default).
4: Entr boot command line interface.
7: Load Boot Loader code then write to Flash via Serial.
9: Load Boot Loader code then write to Flash via TFTP.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
