Which firmware for TP-Link Archer C7 v2?

I have a TP-Link Archer C7 v2. The Table of Hardware lists 25.12.1 as the last supported version, while the Firmware Selector offers 25.12.5 (the most up to date version). If I download that from the Firmware Selector, its name contains archer-c7-v2, suggesting that it was compiled specifically for this router.

What could be the reason the Table of Hardware only lists an older version? The Archer C7 v1 has 25.12.4 as the latest supported version, the v5 has actually 25.12.5, the rest is on 25.12.1. Should I update my router to 25.12.5 following the Firmware Selector, or to 25.12.1 following the Table of Hardware? I could not find discussions suggesting problems with 25.12.5 on this model but maybe I missed something. Thanks very much for your help

The firmware selector can be viewed as the source of truth. The wiki requires manual updating and often lags behind with respect to the version numbers shown there.
