@a_guy, was there a measurable throughput improvement after switching to the brcmfmac4366-pcie.bin driver?
Switching to latest (mar-20) driver enables 160mhz channels. This does provide ~ 1.5x throughput improvements as measured by using 2x2 ax200 client. Trick is to tweak regdb: by default wider channels are forced to use less power (even less than what standard allows)
Do you recommend activating flow offloading + SQM on x86?
Good question, but one that I can't answer as I've never owned a router with an x86 architecture. Try creating a new thread and you may get a more informed response.
I couldn't test it because the ethernet adapter works at approx 25 Mbps and I have 100 Mbps of internet
