I am using OpenWrt 21.02.1, r16325-88151b8303 for the last three months. I was just curious about the next release because I am facing some bugs with the current release. Using a snapshot solves those bugs but introduces other bugs. Why are there no announcements about the next service release ?

Service releases can be found on the mailing list. Releases aren't announced on the forum until they're actually live.

As for new releases (with new features etc), those tend to come when the devs see fit to release, there are no release schedules. All depends on time and manpower.
