New AX3000T RD03v2, based on a Qualcomm IPQ5018 SoC, is a bit of a mystery/paper-only device.
It has only been mentioned in some internal Xiaomi lists, but no one has actually seen the device yet. It might just be internal codename for a model intended for the domestic China market... There is zero evidence that this device actually exists at the present moment. 
Until now, AliExpress has been shipping the regular RD03/RD23 aka v1 on Filogic 820, and continues to do so.
Even if the Xiaomi AX3000T RD03v2 on Qualcomm SoC eventually gets released, it's highly unlikely that OpenWrt will ever support it: 256MB of RAM isn’t enough for proper work of the IPQ5018. No hardware flow offloading, no WED...
