What's the best way to deny network access by time of day

I'd like to cut off access to my son's XBox for a specific block of hours each day. Is there a package that makes this easy, perhaps blocking by MAC address?

Look into Traffic Rules (Network > Firewall). This is already installed, no need to install a package.
There you will see a section called Times Restriction
Blocking by MAC address is an option under the Advanced Settings section.
