What is the pin relation in the serial cable of a TL-SL3452?

Hi,

I am with a switch model number TL-SL3452 version 1.3 and one of the pins of the serial connector broke and I bought a new connector but now I need to solder it back and I don't know the pin relation.

I tried with some relation but didn't worked, as you can see in image:

What is the relation between the CONNECTOR RS323 and the CONNECTOR THAT GOES IN THE BOARD?

Yep, I tried but they are in national holiday in China till October 10th.
