Just curious: is it in 25.12? Will (does?) it ship as a part of regular SQM package or is it a separate entity? What, if any, are the steps to upgrade from the “old” single-threaded SQM? In case this is target-dependent, I am specifically interested in x64, mvebu, and qualcommax.

It’s in 25.12, but disabled by default in sqm-scripts. There’s an option in LuCI to enable it, IIRC.
