I dont know much about this and i dont understand.
Can you help me with this should i enable that or keep it disabled.

If you are unsure then use the default.
But feel free to enable, test, verify, compare, and decide what to do...

It depends what your device is (not all devices support hardware offloading) and what you plan to run on said device. Some roles and services are incompatible with hardware offloading. Some - a lot less - are also incompatible with software offloading.
Basically, hardware offloading can double or triple performances in some scenarios by bypassing heavy software calculations on the CPU but with some caveats that would be a deal breaker for some use cases.
You should also consider how fast your device is in relation to your internet connection. If you have a fast device with a slow connection, you don't need offloading at all.

You get 200-300Mbps nat from that router without offloads, try them until it reaches subscribed speeds
