This one is really great, but too expensive for me, I am just using X520-DA2 only.

Ya got that right, I picked up an X520-DA2 on ebay for $80 including shipping. Stuck it in the NAS, plugged in a $15 DAC, off to the races! The Linux drivers for it are super solid.
If you don't need 2.5 or 5 gbit, the Broadcom 57810S dual port 10GbE cards are often less than $30 on eBay.
